Good Photoshop tutorial to remove unwanted elements

Hi, in this Beginner level Photoshop tutorial, we are going to use the Clone Stamp to remove unwanted elements from our original photo above.  This tutorial should take about 5-10 minutes to complete so here we go …

We have a photograph here of a professional dance group in Los Angeles. The girls would like to use this photo for an advertising promo, but would like to remove the photography credit stamp at the bottom left and they also did not like the edge of the white poster that’s hanging at the top left of the image. This is a really easy task to complete in Adobe Photoshop.

Pressing the alt key on my keyboard along with clicking on a dark area of my photo, I pick up the clone stamp that I would like to use. I then start painting over PacificProDigital.com, until it is entirely blacked out. This is the result from the clone stamp:

Since the unwanted element at the top of the photo is a little larger, I click on the brush size for the Clone Stamp to enlarge it. I then repeat the same steps I just did for the bottom of the photo. I could use the same smaller brush size, but enlarging the brush just makes my job a little quicker to finish.  Below is your final product.
